我认为在英语教学中应该自始至终关注学生的情感，努力营造宽松、民主的教学氛围，这样才能有利于培养学生的学习兴趣，要做到这一点，必须重视师生情感交流，建立良好的师生关系。我会尊重每个学生，鼓励其在学习中的尝试，保护其自尊心；把英语教学与情感教育有机地结合起来，创设小组合作学习的活动，同学们互相学习、互相帮助，体验集体荣誉感和成就感，发展合作精神；关注性格内向或学习有困难的学生，尽可能多的为学生提供语言实践的机会。
