I once read a book named “Charlotte's Web _.It talks about a very moving story which is one of the most remarkablely beautiful memory in my childhood.
This is the gist of the Wilbur and the spider Charlotte live in so perfect accord with each other that they built sincere friendship. However, a bad news came like a bolt from the blue: Wilbur will be killed on the Christmas day! _You never die, I'll save you!_by Charlotte when Wilbur was wailing _I don't want to die!_ To fulfill her promise, Charlotte devoted all her lifetime and asked no rewards, until the moment she died.
After I had read the book,I was in contemplative mood. Only leaving the selfless love and pure kindness，Charlotte's own time was at an end. When this sort of emotion has already been lacked seriously in contemporary society, this story undoubtedly moves the readers.
According to my point，we need such kind of friendship in our life,so we must learn from Charlotte. As they old saying goes”A friend in need is a friend in deed”。We should help our friends as much as we could when they needed. Let us go into action, let the world become especially fine.
本周周四我们英语组全体老师去沂水沂蒙中学学习，临沂市英语优质课比赛，今天去听了六节课，感觉收获颇丰，学校的这一举措是英明的。首先学习了很多的英语课堂用语，或者说对英语课堂用语来了一个总结；例如：A verygood job！Welldown！Whatawarm-heartedboy！You are so brave！Do you know？其次对英语课课件的设计构思也起到很大的示范作用。今天有两节课是沂南的'老师授课，一节是沂南县砖埠中学年轻漂亮的女老师李岩，另一位是沂南苏村中学的房晓娟，两位女老师都有很扎实的基本功，教态都非常大方得体，身体语言运用恰到好处，使我大开眼界。尤其是李岩，课堂用语的熟练程度能和大学老师媲美，板书也非常精美，让听课的老师感觉是一种享受。我为沂南有这样的老师而自豪。当然也有的老师讲得差强人意，莒南的一位男老师时间安排很不恰当，用了一半时间就讲完了内容，另一半时间就显的很松散，而苏村的房晓娟虽然讲得很好，但时间安排不合理。一首英语歌曲唱了好几遍，然后又对歌曲内容提问，学生回答不上来，她又反复地吟唱，时间就这样无声地流走了最后时间很紧张了直到下课也没处理完内容，评委吹哨警告了，还和学生说May I borrow your two minutes？然后又滔滔不绝地讲了几分钟，评委就显的很不耐烦了，这都是我们以后应该注意的问题。
总之，我感觉不虚此行。
这个暑假我参加了为期三天的骨干教师培训学习，充分享用了教研室杨老师给我们精心安排的视觉和听觉大餐，现将学习心得总结如下：
一、“有效把握教材，提高课堂教学质量”从认识教材、开发教材、解读教材、把握教材等方面，为我们从理论层面升华了对教材的认识，为我们有效把握教材提供了可行性建议，为我们的教学设计和课堂教学指明了方向。
二、“新课程背景下的初中英语命题探索”从命题理论、命题实践、命题注意事项、命题与教学等方面，深化了我们对命题的认识，明确了我们今后教学的一个努力方向。
三、全国优质课观摩，从课堂教学实践，给我们提供了丰富的视听大餐。三位老师流利而充满激情的课堂用语、始终面带笑容的.超强亲和力、充满机智的课堂应变能力和娴熟的课堂驾驭能力不得不让我们反思：我们的课堂为什么连沂南都走不出去？其中有一位老师的教学设计其实和我们平时的备课差不多，可我们的课堂却为什么走不出去？提高我们的自身素质和课堂驾驭能力是关键、是突破口。说到提高自身素质和课堂驾驭能力，虽然就是那么一句话，却需要我们有挑战自己和敢于批判自己的勇气，需要我们有坚持不懈的追求与努力“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”。

Lord of the flies , William Golding’s first novel, was published in London in 1954.
This novel shows the internal evil in people’s minds. It is deliberately modeled after ’s 1857 novel The Coral Island. That novel shows the external evil out of people’s minds which has great differences between Lord of the flies.
The story of Lord of the flies took place in an imagine World War. A group of children landed in a deserted island .At first , they could get on well with each other but then the internal evil started to grow which made children believe that there was a beast nearby. Then they began to kill each other and were finally rescued by the navy officer.
Golding tried to make people believe that evil is internal in minds for that human was evolved from the beast and remained lots of wilderness.
Golding’s father doesn’t believe in religion but believe in science very much. Golding was influenced by his father and had a rational thinking before World War 2. But his dream broke when WW2 started. He joined in army and was a navy during the War. By being influenced of this crazy bloody war he wrote his novel Lord of the flies which is a word from baalzebub （Hebrew language） which means the biggest evil.
In his novel, we can see a very very cruel story. The four main characters or five of them show us how the evil in people’s mind grow. Ralph is the leader on the island who is tall , fair-haired and handsome. He makes an obvious choice to lead the band of children. In fact, Ralph is far from the ideal leader. He did not do anything when Jack wanted to get his power. Jack is the leader of the band , the hunter or the killer. His spear is the meaning of the wilderness. Piggy is the symbol of civilization and his glasses is the most important tool of making fire. His mistake was depended on science too much. Simon is a mysterious man of them. He may be a symbol of religion and being a far seer. He made a lot of great prophesies which were all correct. And the last of them is Roger, a helper of jack who was a shy boy at first but was the most important helper of Jack at last and killed Piggy with his hands.
This novel shows at last the wilderness beat the civilization. It shows that when people were in the worst circumstance they will become a beast. And a beast has less rules, they just fight against each other with the body. In my opinion , I think Golding is too realistic that is become not such more reality. I don’t think this will happen if this is a true story. But it could happen if everyone was exactly the same as the one under the describe of Golding. If Ralph can be smarter, if piggy can be more stronger even Jack can be weaker, the things will change. But it really take place during the second WW. I think in most of the circumstance rules is a good thing for the whole group. But when a lot of people disagree with that for their interests , that would be different. Jack isn’t danger at all, the things which worried Ralph was the group of hunter. I believe that Jack made his government a quite sure thing, for he is the most strongest child and he isn’t stupid ,he just couldn’t control his wilderness just like Hitler. If he can be more self-collected he can lead the children much better than Ralph. Piggy is smart but he doesn’t know how people’s mind think. When Jack came to get his glasses he still thought that they are going to steal the conch. That we can see his stupid. Simon is the far seer which has everything as same as all far seer in every book . Ralph didn’t make a good rule that he didn’t think of the need of the meet. Jack get that and use the need and the wilderness to make the children became more original. Then his strong body can use as the weapon to get the leadership. Violent may be the best method to rule the island ,for the children was like a lot of slaves without education, but no one find that.
Will it be much better? We don’t know. Golding believes that adults are the same like that, but I don’t think so. Maybe they could do it much better. Who knows?
On summer vacation of this year, I studied in novel _ old man and sea _ of Hemingway , famous writer of . ,. I admire the old fisherman's will in the novel very much, he lets me understand that a person must have unremitting spirit, could succeed . What the novel is described is an old fisherman almost the sixty years old, when go to sea and fish alone once, have angled to a big fish, but can not draw. After tough fisherman and fish have socialized for a few days, just find this is a big Malin's fish which exceeds several times of one's own fishing boat, though know perfectly well that it is very difficult to win , does not give up yet.
【译文】：在今年的暑假，我在小说《老人与海》中，海明威的研究，美国著名作家，。我很佩服老渔人将非常新颖的，他让我明白一个人一定要有坚持不懈的精神，才能获得成功。这部小说描绘的是一个快六十岁的老渔夫，在一次单身出海打鱼，钓到了一条大鱼，但不能画。老渔夫和鱼_了几天后，才发现这是一个大的玛琳的鱼超过自己渔船数倍，虽然明知很难取胜，不放弃。
一、个人素质
任何一个教师都应具备所教学科的知识，英语教师也不例外。他应该具备精湛的听说读写能力及丰富的语法、句法知识。因为英语是一门语言学科，而我们初中英语教师面对的是把英语作为第二语言的初中生。这就需要教师不仅具备英语语言方面的知识，还应具备教育学和心理学方面的知识。当今社会的学生，智力发展及身心发展都非常迅速，加上现代科学技术及网络的发展，学生的知识面拓宽得很快，有些知识还是教师都无法企及的。初中生虽然对社会现象有自己独特的见解，但他们对教师有一种天生的崇拜心理，渴求从老师那里得到肯定。由于他们所能接受的教育和独特的社会经历使得他们的想法会与传统的道德观念发生冲突。作为教师，要想对学生进行思想教育，没有广博的知识和与人沟通的能力是难以做到的。因此，初中英语教师要以崇高的个人魅力去影响和教育学生。
二、知识素质
1.英语专业知识。如果想教给学生知识，教师首先要具有丰富的语言知识，作为初中英语教师，应该做到语言规范、语调清新自然，给学生一种纯正的英语暗示，使学生在潜移默化中接受正确的发音，并使其终生受益。在教学过程中，教师应该渗透给学生语言学、词汇学、语音学等方面的知识，教给学生正确的学习方法。
2.创设情境的能力。三年级开始学习英语，已经错过了学习语言的关键期，而在学校内有没有外语训练的环境，作为初中英语教师，应该激发学生学习英语的兴趣，并积极有效地为学生营造一种外语环境，使其不断地对所学知识进行复习和巩固。例如：教师可以在教室的门、窗、桌、椅、凳上面贴上英语单词，让学生一进入教室就感到一种英语氛围，也可以充分利用课前几分钟播放教学录像、英语歌曲等，使学生提前进入英语课堂。
3.课堂调控能力。初中生的心理和生理特点决定了他们具有活泼好动的性格。要让初中生一节课45分钟安静上课，那是不可能的。因此，作为教师要利用自己丰富的知识、幽默的语言、高超的教学艺术来吸引学生。不仅如此，教师课堂调控能力还体现在课程的讲授当中，教师应根据学生的实际情况，及时调整教学设计，充分利用现有的教学资源，调动学生的积极性，而不应该照本宣科，念完教案了事。
4.教学创新能力。新课程标准要求教师培养学生的创新能力，因此教师首先要做创新型教师。这体现在教师对课文的处理要有独特的见解，对教材要创造性地使用，不能只照抄教科书。特别是英语教师，课件的设计是否新颖、有活力，直接关系到学生对英语的学习兴趣。
5.多媒体与各学科的整合能力。多媒体技术的普及和应用，对教学是一个巨大的促进，利用多媒体，可以使教学增加趣味，让学生陶醉在优美的图画中，欣赏着优美的音乐，徜徉在如诗的画面。这对学生不仅是精神上的享受，而且能使学生更加轻松地学到知识。多媒体教学对英语教学尤其有帮助。教学中有许多用语言很难解释的东西，用图画就可以轻松解决，而且可以配上动态及声音，既生动又形象，能大大激发学生的学习兴趣与注意力。
三、较强的科研能力
在新课标实施过程中，英语教师要做科研型教师。在课程实施过程中要不断研究学生、研究教材、研究教法。结合本校学生实际情况不断调整教法，并形成自己的科研体系。争取定期确定科研课题去研究，根据学生实际情况以及实验完成情况，写出试验报告，作为今后制定工作的依据。
四、营造积极的课堂气氛
课堂气氛也是一种社会情感气氛，主要指班集体的情绪状态，它影响着群体的集体精神，群体的价值以及每一个学生的内心世界。教师的.行为可以决定课堂气氛，而这种气氛又反映了学生的学习兴趣，师生之间的信息交流和整体的教学效果。
1、理解感受
理解学生所表达的内心感受，包括正面与负面的、快乐的与不快乐的、满意的与不满意的。
2、赞赏式鼓励
要经常使用“Good”、“Have a try”、“Do your best”、“Think it over”，使课堂气氛缓和或产生欢乐的语言。
3、接纳意见
接纳来自学生的建议、意见，把学生的思想整理后对学生进行正确的引导。
4、善于发问
向学生发问，有意引导学生，能贯彻一条启发性的线索，从而引发学生的自发、参与的行为。
除了符合上述几方面的要求以外，作为初中英语教师还应具备开发课程资源的能力。我们的教学不应只局限于教材，而应该从各种各样的资源中汲取知识。课外资源包括网络、图书馆、报刊杂志等。现代社会中，学生获取知识的途径广阔无边，这就要求教师的知识面要跟上。我们不仅要从课外学习知识，更要充分利用课外资源为我所用。
总之，在新课程实施过程中，我们要充分发挥自己的主观能动性，不断学习，不断创新，不断调整自己的教学思路，使自己的教学水平再上一个新的台阶。

Such kind of friendship is pure and clean, Only leaving the selflelove and pure kindness. When this sort of emotion has already been lacked seriously in contemporary society, this story undoubtedly moves the readers. Maybe every reader envies that Charlotte has a Wilbur, and Wilbur has a Charlotte.
The word _Goodbye_ has already gone with the wind, accompanied by her silk, only leaving a Charlotte's web in everyone's heart.
“在教学中，要始终体现学生的主体地位，应充分发挥学生在学习过程中的主动性和积极性，激发学生的学习兴趣，营造宽松、和谐的学习气氛……”
这是《国家英语课程标准》关于“教学中应注意的问题中”明确提到的。通过这次培训，我就如何在英语教学中始终体现学生的主体地位，发挥学生的主观能动作用和的指导作用，谈几点心得体会。
一、学生主观能动作用的意义
学生的主观能动就是指在教学过程生作为学习活动的主体出现，他们能够能动地发展自己的潜能。学生应是教学活动的中心，教师、教材、教学手段都应为学生的“学”服务。教师应引导学生积极参与到教学活动中去，并充当教学活动的主角，而不是把教学看成“教师灌、学生装”，把学生看成是被动的接受知识的对象。
在教学过程中，学生是认识的主体，教师则是这一活动过程的组织者和指导者。教师水平、教学内容、教学方法、教学设备等对学生来说虽然重要，但外因再好，终究还要靠内因起作用。任何高明的教师，都不能替代学生学习。在教学实践中，同样一个老师，同样一本教材，同样一个教学环境，不同的学生却出现不同的学习效果。导致这种差异有种种原因，但其中重要的一条就是学生自身主观能动性发挥程度不一。因此，调动学习者的学习主观能动性已成为一项教师所面对的重要课题。
二、如何发挥学生的主观能动作用
1、要明确英语学习的目的。当今时代是信息时代，中国越来越与世界紧密相关，而英语就堪称为时代信息的首要载体。对于我们来说，学会英语就等于打开了世界之窗，使自己与世界联系得更为密切。学生们只有把英语学习的目的与自己全部生活的目标联系起来，才能真正增强自己的主体意识，把英语学习真正作为自己生活的一个组成部分，从而真正学好这一门课程。
2、要正确认识自己在学习中的作用。学习是获取知识的过程。知识不全是通过教师传授得到的，而是学习者在一定的'情境，借助其他人的帮助，利用必要的学习资料而获得的。
3、要善于自我调动学习的主动性。学生要自觉地确立学习目标，制定，总结，建立认知结构。从学习知识、解决问题的过程中获得某种满足感，并以活跃的思维状态去面对英语语言知识和技能，在加强基础知识和基本训练的同时，使基础知识转移为语言技能，并发展成运用英语进行交际的能力。
三、教师要有意识地加强对学生学习策略的指导，让他们在学习和运用英语的过程中逐步学会如何学习。
1、积极创造条件，让学生参与制订阶段性学习目标以及实现目标的方法。
2、引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅或询问等方法进行学习。
3、设计探究式的学习活动，促进学生实践能力和创新思维的发展。在新编英语教材中有些课文以对话形式出现，我们可以根据实际要求同学以短文形式进行改写，有些课文则可以要求同学改编为对话形式，有些课文我要求学生进行课文续写训练，以训练学生的创造性思维能力。
4、引导学生运用观察、发现、归纳和实践等方法，学习语言知识，感悟语言功能。
5、引导学生在学习过程中进行自我评价并根据需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。
6、组织生动活泼的课外活动，促进学生的英语学习。根据学生的年龄特点和兴趣爱好，积极开展各种课外活动有助于学生增长知识、开阔视野、发展智力和个性、展现才能。例如可以利用第二课堂的时间开展英语对话朗诵、唱歌、讲故事、演讲、表演等英语课外活动，培养他们的自主性和创新意识。
英语作为“教育面向世界”的重要学科，在新形势下它的作用显得更加突出。作为英语教师，我们的任务应是教会学生如何学习英语而不仅是教学生学英语。学生是学习的主人，他们应该跟老师学习，同时与老师一起学习。在英语教学中，我们应充分发挥学生的主观能动作用。
